The victim of a Collier County DUI head-on collision, represented by Personal Injury Trial Attorney Randall Spivey, was awarded $10 million for pain, suffering, medical expenses, lost wages and $30 million in punitive damages as a result of a motor vehicle accident. The victim was travelling on Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples when the intoxicated defendant crossed the center line and struck the Plaintiff's vehicle. The Plaintiff suffered a herniated disc at L5-S1 and a soft tissue injury to the neck.
