Lehigh Acres, FL (March 23, 2020) ATV rider, Diana Gonzales, 22, tragically died in an accident on Meadow Road. The ATV struck a drainage pipe, causing Ms. Gonzales to be ejected. She later died at Lee Health Hospital. The crash happened around 12:40 a.m.

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) said the ATV was removed from the scene before they arrived. They are working to find out who was driving the ATV when the crash occurred.

FHP asks anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 780-TIPS (8477) or the Florida Highway Patrol at (239) 344-1730.
