North Port, FL (December 21, 2019) Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports that 70-year-old Thomas Roushar,  driving a Dodge Caravan,  tragically died in a North Port crash on Saturday. A 17-year-old and 15-year-old passenger in a Mercedes E450 suffered serious injuries. 

Mr. Roushar was trying to make a left turn onto Lazy River Road when the accident happened. His vehicle overturned. The Mercedes was driving southbound in the right lane on US-41 north of Lazy River Road. 

FHP reports the investigation is ongoing.
