Collier County (March 22, 2020) The North Collier Fire Department and Collier County EMS responded to a crash off Vanderbilt Beach Road on Sunday night around 8:00 p.m. A sedan was found in the grass in front of the Wilshire Lakes community with its airbags deployed. One person tragically died.

Authorities are unclear as to how many vehicles were involved or how many people were injured other than the one who passed away.

The investigation is pending.
