Randall L. Spivey is the founder of Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A. which represents injured people and their families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout the state of Florida. He has had jury trials in 9 different counties in Florida and has obtained over 35 multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. Mr. Spivey is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is Preeminent AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of ABOTA, the Florida Justice Association, and past president of the Lee County Personal Injury Association. Mr. Spivey earned a Bachelor's Degree with high honors from the University of South Florida. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and Moot Court.
