Ms. Spivey received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Southern College, where she graduated summa cum laude in 1991. She then went on to attend Florida State University’s College of Law and graduated with high honors in 1994. Ms. Spivey has been an active member of the Florida Bar Association for 30 years. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association, which works to preserve and improve the civil justice system in Florida, helping protect the rights of Florida citizens. She is also a Certified Mediator in the state of Florida which allows her to work with parties to reach a mutual agreement that both parties can agree on.
