A Law Firm with Attorneys Who Care About the Community 

We at Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A. dedicate our practice to the support of those and their families who are victims of the negligence of others. Our team recognizes the importance of our mission and the importance of supporting the community in which our clients live and work.

We proudly support youth initiatives like the Heights Foundation Christmas Outreach Program, the Cape Coral Police “Shop with a Cop,” and the Fort Myers Police “Shop with a Cop” Back to School and holiday programs. 

We are pleased to support organizations promoting youth in our community like the local Southwest Florida Schools and youth baseball, basketball, football, and soccer teams.  By supporting local schools, we can support Southwest Florida’s future generations in their endeavors. Spivey Law Firm is proud to have recently supported the Canterbury School 60th Anniversary Extravaganza and Bishop Verot High School's “Story of the Season.” 

We also support the following schools through their school newsletters. These newsletters help students, and their families stay informed about new policies, programs, events, and dates. We are proud to support these newsletters as they help keep everyone involved at: South Fort Myers High School; Cypress Lake High School; Cape Coral High School; Fort Myers High School; and Charlotte High School.

We also proudly support the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW).  CROW is a nonprofit teaching veterinary hospital on Sanibel Island, Florida dedicated to saving and protecting wildlife in the Southwest Florida area.

We are also happy to sponsor the ArtFest Fort Myers.  People from all over Florida come to beautiful downtown Fort Myers to enjoy art from all over the world. ArtFest is a fun, interactive way for people to experience the arts up close through special exhibits, artist demonstrations, and performing arts. 

Additionally, we are honored to support the Lee County Bar Association (LCBA). The LCBA hosts many charitable events, with the help of LCBA members, for our local communities.

Southwest Florida professional associations conduct events to support the community. Over the years, we have joined them by supporting the Asian Professionals Association’s AsiaFest, the Lee County Bar Association Jog for Justice 5K Run/Walk, the  Judicial Reception of the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers, and Path2Freedom efforts to prevent youth trafficking.

Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage to our area, and CROW was one of those that was badly affected. Proceeds from Taste of the Islands REBUILDING! will assist CROW in its effort to protect our wildlife.
